Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Shipping
Original artworks and prints are shipped worldwide from Tel Aviv, Israel via tracked and insured courier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package type.
Each artwork is carefully prepared for shipment using protective packaging selected according to its size, material, and format, with the aim of ensuring safe transit.
Packaging & Handling
Packaging is tailored to the needs of each artwork.
Limited edition prints may be shipped either in a protective tube or in rigid protective packaging, depending on the work, selected size, and format.
Hand-embellished prints are shipped in rigid protective packaging to help preserve the hand-finished surface.
Original artworks are shipped using reinforced protective packaging appropriate to the size, structure, and material of the piece.
Because each artwork is prepared individually, packaging methods may vary in order to provide the most suitable protection for that specific work.
Material Character & ReLiving Process
Many original artworks are created as part of the ReLiving project and may incorporate repurposed or previously used materials. Visible texture, layered irregularities, edges, marks, or subtle traces of previous use are intentional and integral to the work, and are not considered defects or shipping damage.
Combined Orders & Special Handling
Orders containing multiple items, including combinations of original artworks and prints, may require separate packaging or specialized handling. Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates based on system limitations and may require adjustment before dispatch. If needed, I will contact you after purchase to confirm shipping arrangements. If you prefer not to proceed, the order may be canceled and fully refunded prior to shipment
Local Pick-Up & Complimentary Delivery (Israel)
For collectors in Israel, free local pick-up is available as an alternative to shipping.
Prints and original artworks may be collected by appointment from the studio in Tel Aviv or from Haifa.
For original artworks, complimentary hand delivery is also available within the Tel Aviv and Haifa areas, subject to coordination after purchase.
After an order is placed, arrangements for collection or local delivery can be coordinated directly.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on destination, courier service, customs procedures, and local handling. Because each artwork is prepared individually and may require tailored packaging, delivery timeframes should be understood as estimates rather than guarantees.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the collector.
In rare cases involving oversized packages, unusual framing, or remote delivery locations, a small shipping adjustment may be required before dispatch. If this occurs, the collector will be contacted for confirmation before shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Because prints are made to order, print orders are not returnable for change of mind once production has begun.
Because original artworks are unique works, sales of original artworks are final, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged in transit or materially differs from its description.
If a print or original artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact yotvat.aviram@gmail.com as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be arranged.
Approved refunds are processed after the issue has been reviewed and, where applicable, after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, was incorrect, or there was an error with the order.
